REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Any order/product issues must be reported to our customer service number or email within 7 business days from its delivery date. Returns without notice will not be processed.
Returns and/or exchange are ONLY offered for incorrectly shipped, product damaged, received wrong product and out of stock product. Before doing so, we need proof or product picture to be seen to our number or email. Items that have been opened may be denied a refund or exchange.
Once the package is confirmed to be returned, we will be processing your new exchange order upon checking the condition of the products or refund the money within 7 days. Please note that any additional shipping and handling fees will not be covered unless there was an error on our end.
